ACCTS is led by Guy Addison, a Chartered Accountant and former enterprise-scale corporate development executive, with over two decades of experience executing and integrating transactions for listed groups, sovereign investors, and owner-managed businesses. Having operated inside complex organisations and across multiple African markets, we bring operator-level judgment to advisory mandates—ensuring transactions are not only closed, but structurally sound, governable, and value-accretive over time.
